More New Varmint Rifles

The Savage Dual-Port Rifle and the Weatherby Vanguard Predator.

Savage Dual-Port Rifle
A new left-load, right-eject dual-port receiver makes it easy for shooters who want the rigidity of a single-shot action to make fast follow-up shots.

Load into the left port as the shell ejects from the right, without losing cheek weld, shooting-hand grip or your view through the scope.

The new receiver will be available on Savage's Model 12 Long Range Precision Varminter.

Available in .204 Ruger, .223 Remington, .22-250 Remington and 6mm Norma BR. $1,273.

Savage, 866-233-4776

Available in .223 Remington, .22-250 Remington and .308 Winchester, it sports a factory-tuned fully adjustable trigger that averages 3.15 pounds pull weight.

Barrel length: 22 inches.
Weight: eight pounds.
Capacity: five rounds.
$789.
