A West Point cadet, Stephen has scored 590 out of 600 or above in his last six matches this year, including the Olympic trials, which he won and thereby earned his spot on the team. Stephen was ranked among the top recruits in the country last year, and he helped lead Army's Black Knights to their first Great American Rifle Conference championship while winning the GARC individual title in air rifle--becoming the second cadet to do so but the first freshman.
