Volquartsen Custom Sponsors NSSF Rimfire Challenge

volquartsen_custom_nssf_rimfire_challenge_FVolquartsen Custom has become a Silver Sponsor of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) Rimfire Challenge Program. Volquartsen produces a number of rimfire rifles and handguns and is well known for its customization of Ruger's famed 10/22 rifle.

The Rimfire Challenge is a program of the NSSF — the trade association for the firearms, ammunition, hunting and shooting sports industry — that focuses on competition with .22-caliber rifles and pistols. Rimfire challenge matches are open to shooters of all ages and experience levels. Events are conducted on a host of ranges across the nation, and the match format emphasizes safety, fun and support for newcomers.

"We are very excited to be a part of the NSSF Rimfire Challenge," said Scott Volquartsen, owner of Volquartsen Custom. "We feel it is one of the best platforms to bring new shooters into the sport. It is a fun, family-oriented event that offers something for every shooter from novice to expert."

"The NSSF is very pleased to have Volquartsen Custom join us in supporting the Rimfire Challenge at the Silver level," said Zach Snow, NSSF Manager of Shooting Promotions. "This company has long been tuned into the needs of today's modern rimfire shooter-be they hunter, serious competitor, or weekend plinker. They've truly elevated the rimfire firearm to an art form. Their dedication to these guns and shooters makes them an ideal partner for this exciting competition series."

Opportunities remain for those wishing to help sponsor the Rimfire Challenge. Visit the Rimfire Challenge website for more information on the Challenge, how to participate in events or how to host an event at your range.
